User’s Transfer of ownership Procedures
Submit the documents confirm the information of the document implement the transfer of ownership
Transfer of ownership means the act of changing of the user’s name, after the change of the customer who is using the water & making the payment accordingly. Such as: changing of right of property, changing of management department, etc.
The following documents shall be provided when preparing for transfer of ownership procedures:
1. One copy of property certificate.
2. One copy of the ID card of the new user.
3. Complete and sign the application Form for transfer ownership procedures
Please bring the transfer ownership documents with you to our customer service hall for the transfer procedures. We will check the documents provided and confirm there is no overdue payment, then we will forward these documents to relevant department for review. if there is no abnormality, we will transfer the ownership in time.
