United Delcot Water Co., Ltd. was established in October 2019, a joint venture between Jiangsu United Water Technology Co., Ltd. and Bangladesh Delcot Water Co., Ltd. It is a holding subsidiary of Jiangsu United Water Technology Co., Ltd. The company is located in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. In November 2019, the first water PPP project in Bangladesh has been signed with the government — Dhaka New Town PPP water Supply Project, with a total investment of US $70 million. It mainly invests, constructs and operates water supply facilities with a daily water supply capacity of 340,000 tons/day for the New Town Dhaka, including more than 600 kilometers of water supply pipe network and 15 deep water Wells. The operation period of the project is 15 years. The completion of the project will greatly alleviate the shortage of water supply in Dhaka and provide safe and reliable drinking water for about 1.6 million residents.

About Our Group
Jiangsu United Water Technology Co., LTD. (referred to as “United Water”) is a comprehensive water company. Its business includes tap water production and supply, sewage treatment and resource utilization, municipal engineering business, restoration of water environment and water ecology in river and lake basins. The company has formed a complete industrial chain in the field of water supply from the source to the tap through investment, construction and operation.
United Water currently has an agreed and planned treatment capacity of approximately 2.7 million cubic meters per day for water production and supply, wastewater treatment and resource utilization operational projects. The project is distributed in 16 cities of 9 provinces in the country, with 26 operating companies, and 1 water supply operating company in Dhaka-the capital of Bangladesh.
