Water Use Application Form for Customers
Notes to customers:
1)This application form should be written with a black pen, stamped with an official seal (for unit users only) and submitted to our Company as a formal application procedure.
2)Customers should synchronize the date of filling in the form with the date of submitting the application, so that our Company can number them in order, arrange for technicians to investigate the site, and only after the relevant procedures are completed can the construction be carried out.
3)This application is made in duplicate, the one for the customer should be kept by the customer.
4)Water supply and installation works are completed, and water supply can be carried out to the newly established account only after the completion acceptance by our Company.
