Water Tarrif

i) Residential & Social Category – Tk. 20 (Twenty) per Thousand Litre
ii) Commercial & Official Category - Tk. 45 (Forty Five) per Thousand Litre
After 1 month of issuance of bill, if consumer doesn’t pay the bill, 5% surcharge will be added for next 1 month, 10% surcharge will be added for 2 month and 15% surcharge will be added for 3 to next months.

2.

Minimum Water Line Charge

25 mm- Monthly Tk. 320/- (Three Hundred Twenty)
32 mm- Monthly Tk. 480/- (Four Hundred Eighty)
50 mm- Monthly Tk. 800/- (Eight Hundred)
After 1 month of issuance of minimum water line charge, if consumer doesn’t pay this charge, 5% surcharge will be added for next 1 month, 10% surcharge will be added for 2 month and 15% surcharge will be added for 3 to next months.

Minimum Water Line Charge to be collected monthly from consumer for each connection according to connection size.

Minimum Charge from Plot until taking water connection

Monthly Tk. 150 (One Hundred Fifty) per plot

After 1 month, if consumer doesn’t pay the charge, 5% surcharge will be added for next 1 month, 10% surcharge will be added for 2 month and 15% surcharge will be added for 3 to next months.

After ensuring water supply under Purbachal Water Supply Project in whole Purbachal area, this charge is applicable for handed over plot.

4.

Reconnection Fee

If any consumer connection is disconnected for payment due, Tk. 2000/-(Two Thousands) will be charged as reconnection feewith due payments along with surcharge.
